Founding
Antonio, Carlo and Jacopo, driven by their passion for digital, left strategic and financial consulting to return to Veneto and found AzzurroDigitale in Talent Garden.
Internationalization
Begins the path of focus in process digitization in the industrial world with both SMEs and large corporations.

AWMS
AWMS is born, the company that develops the platform for managing workforce operations on the shop floor. It receives €1 million from investors to support its growth.
MATIX
MATIX began as AzzurroDigitale's solution but, after a seed round of €700,000, it spun-off and entered the international market.
Wepladoo
A new Business Unit dedicated to the development of Wepladoo, the software for project and order management in manufacturing SMEs, is born in AzzurroDigitale.
Transformation
AWMS is fully acquired by the Zucchetti Group, opening the way to new growth opportunities, while AzzurroDigitale expands its vision. From this point on, we no longer limit ourselves to developing custom software, but build strategic partnerships with other companies to offer a fully integrated digitalization service.
AI-Native Pivot
