Atlantis is an Italian company with over thirty years of experience in cap manufacturing. The company is divided into two business units: Atlantis Headwear, the brand offering off-the-shelf caps without logos or customizations, and Atlantis Custom Made, the division dedicated to bespoke projects for customers, leveraging the company’s expertise in creating customized solutions.

Overcome the problem of data extracted without validation, often unverified and difficult to interpret.
Reduce the limitations of Excel, which required constant extractions and did not allow for the retention of changes and filters.
Starting in 2024, the company defined its first industrial plan and needed to constantly measure progress against the established objectives.
The analytical tools were numerous but fragmented; a single platform capable of integrating the data was needed.
Make data clear, immediate, and easily accessible across the organization for faster decision-making.
The transformation journey began with a Power BI training course, which allowed the Atlantis team to fully understand its potential. From there, the collaboration with AzzurroDigitale began, which supported the company in implementing customized dashboards.
The work began with what was already being done in Excel: reports, tables, and indicators were taken as a starting point and translated into a dynamic and interactive environment. In this way, the tools used daily gained new strength, becoming more intuitive and functional.
Dashboards developed with Power BI have allowed us to centralize information sources and bring data that was previously dispersed across different tools into a single platform. This made it possible to visualize the objectives and KPIs defined by the business plan in real time, constantly monitoring progress and results achieved.
The project was characterized by a collaborative approach: Atlantis' internal desires and needs were collected and translated into customized digital solutions, with continuous and responsive support from the AzzurroDigitale team.
The adoption of Power BI has led to a new awareness within Atlantis. Data is no longer just numbers to be extracted, but reliable tools for making concrete decisions.
Workdays have become more efficient: on a single page, you can now view goals and monitor performance, reducing time spent on manual extractions and increasing the accuracy of analyses.
