C.R. Technology Systems has been present in the electricity sector since 1985. It has approximately 70 employees between the headquarters in Treviglio, the production site in Zanica and the offices in Viterbo, Tunisia and Cuba. It deals with the study and implementation of custom projects for the generation and distribution of renewable and conventional electricity.

The company had no clear picture of when materials would arrive from suppliers, project development times, and production schedules. Each new order required a new organization, with the risk of frequent delays in delivery.

The sales area has also benefited from this new organization: having real-time access to the company's production capacity, sellers can plan offers more strategically, avoiding accepting orders in periods in which resources are already at maximum capacity.
Thanks to this increased operational efficiency, the punctuality rate in reaching milestones has improved by 300% compared to the period before 2023. In addition, the number of overtime hours has dropped dramatically, from 4,100 hours in 2023 to only 292 hours in 2024.
